We only have 3 more weeks to collect items for the Operation Christmas Child boxes. Now is the time to start collecting the “WOW” items. We already have soccer balls and pumps for the older boys, and stuffed toys for the youngest children. We could use Matchbox cars, jump ropes, puzzles, games, yoyos, etc. The last day we can accept items is November 8th. On November 10th, we will be prepping the boxes for the packing party on November 11th.
Our monthly Food Pantry will be held on October 27 from 9:30am until noon. Last month, we were able to help 21 families and 57 people. If you would like to help, please see Meg or Joel Wissmueller. We are also collecting jars of peanut butter and jelly for October’s food pantry. If you would like to make a donation, please place your items in the plastic bin at the back.
In December we will be collecting for Lottie Moon. Your generosity transforms lives around the world.
We do have a new facebook page so be sure to head over there to like us as well!
